This face-to-face session is designed to provide new and existing users of the Cytek Aurora instrument with a solid understanding of Spectral Flow Cytometry and what can be achieved with the instrument available in the TRI Flow Cytometry facility.

Concepts including reference controls, spectral unmixing, panel design and Cytek Cloud are discussed.

Note: This course is not compulsory to use the CYTEK Aurora instrument. However, you MUST first attend the Introduction to Flow Cytometry course to get access to the TRI Flow cytometry facility.

Any users of the Flow cytometry facility can attend the course as a refresher - no need to register.
